He was born on February 5th 1988 in Miami, FL his parents are Lesly Jean and Yolette Posy. Lestar has 11 brothers and sister he is the 7th of them all. He started playing football when he was 9 at North Dade Park the first positions he played was center and outside linebacker he had a natural talent for the game. His first coach was coach Russell Delaughter which really motivated him to work hard since he was young this grew with him as he grew he also played basketball throughout middle school. Lestar played high school football at Miami norland were he was a late bloomer he did not play much throughout his career which is the reason why colleges were not pushing his door down but a coach from Shaw university name Cornelius Corprew saw something in him and led him to North Carolina tech prep school where he developed a since of confidence also were he really learn the game. This is where he learned that you have to work hard toward your craft to be successful with his close friend. This was his quarterback in high school and prep school which also went on to be a very successful college player and now is playing with Pittsburgh Steelers Antonio Brown.  Lestar Jean walked into Florida Atlantic University handed his tape over to Joe Crozza who he knew from a camp in high school Lestar took full advantage of the opportunity winning several awards throughout his career Most Improved, Offensive MVP ,2nd team all sunbelt conference game MVP also the Big hit award. Also Lestar Jean graduated this last December receiving his bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. “Growing up in the streets of Miami is no easy task it is very easy to go do wrong” Jean quotes “but I had to stay focused on the bigger picture”.
